The Wanli residential area is listed as one of the four major cross-century demonstration residential areas in Shanghai. On December 29, 1996, the construction of the municipal road project in the Wanli Demonstration Zone broke ground. The first phase of the residential civil engineering project started construction in June this year, indicating that the development and construction of the Wanli demonstration residential area has entered the phase of comprehensive implementation. Wanli demonstration residential area is located in Wanli Village, Changzheng Town, Putuo District, north of Baoshan District, west of Zhenbei Road, east of Jiaochi Road and south of Jiaotong Road. The planned land development is 200hm~2, and the total building area can be constructed.
