目的:探讨龙血竭联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片局部保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的内镜下黏膜临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月医院收治的66例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各组33例,两组用药前均采取调节免疫治疗、对症营养支持治疗、调整水电解质紊乱等基础治疗,对照组在此基础上口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗,1.0g/次,4次/d,观察组则在对照组治疗基础上采取龙血竭散(1.0g)和柳氮磺胺吡啶片(1.0g)溶于150mL生理盐水行保留灌肠,1次/d,1疗程为4周,两组均持续治疗1疗程。观察比较两组治疗后全血黏度水平、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、TNF-α、IL-10及IL-8,另对两组治疗效果进行评价。结果:治疗后,两组TNF-α及IL-8均显著降低,IL-10得到明显升高,且观察组效果好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血黏度水平、纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积降低程度相比于对照组,优于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(90.91%)较之对照组(69.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙血竭联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片局部保留灌肠治疗UC,可显著减轻其炎性反应,疗效显著,改善血液高凝状态,有利于改善患者生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosa in treating ulcerative colitis (UC) with dragon’s blood and sulfasalazine local retention enema.
