通过培养的免主动脉血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)氚胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入量和培养液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物、前列环素(PGI2)及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的测定,观察了当归注射液对VSMC增殖的影响。结果表明:当归注射液有抑制VSMC增殖的作用,其作用呈剂量依赖关系。当归注射液可能通过增加SOD活性,降低脂质过氧化物水平,升高PGI2、cAMP水平(P均<0.05),从而抑制VSMC增殖。
Incorporation of thymidine and thymidine in cultured non-aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide, prostacyclin (PGI2) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate in culture fluid (cAMP) was measured and the effect of Angelica sinensis injection on the proliferation of VSMC was observed. The results showed that: Angelica injection inhibited the proliferation of VSMC, its effect was dose-dependent. Angelica injection may increase the activity of SOD, reduce the level of lipid peroxides, and increase the levels of PGI2 and cAMP (all P<0.05), thus inhibiting the proliferation of VSMC.
