大学应积极推动创新教育贯穿整个教育体系,探索并建立一个多样化、全方位、分层次、广辐型的拔尖创新人才早期培养体系,在大学和中学中间架起一座人才培养的桥梁。人类最深邃的思考常来自大学,这也是衡量大学创新人才培养的最重要标准,但是大学创新人才的创造性思维方式的养成往往来自更年轻的中学时期。创新人才的知识探究、能力建设、人格养成不能光靠大学阶段,必须从青少年抓起。要做到这一点,需要打破教育体系各阶段的分割,通过多模式的合作将大学的创新人才培养
Universities should actively promote innovation education throughout the entire education system and explore and establish an early-stage training system for top-notch innovative talents of diverse, all-round, multi-level and broad-based education so as to set up a bridge of personnel training among universities and secondary schools. The most profound consideration of human beings comes from universities. This is also the most important criterion to measure the cultivation of innovative talents in universities. However, the creative ways of thinking of university innovative talents tend to develop from the younger middle school. Innovative talent knowledge, capacity building, personality development can not rely solely on the university stage, we must start from the young people. To do this, we need to break down the various stages of the education system and cultivate innovative personnel in universities through multi-modal cooperation
