目的调查东至县基层医疗机构医院感染管理现状,并提出应对策略。方法通过现场查看与问卷调查的方法,对东至县乡镇医疗机构及部分村卫生室及诊所进行调查。结果 17所乡镇医疗机构中有6家未建立医院感染管理三级网络,所有机构均存在管理制度与岗位职责不健全的问题,均未开展科室自查,约52.00%的机构感染管理科开展了督导和培训,2家机构进行了日常监测,所有消毒供应室均不符合《消毒供应中心规范》要求;16所村卫生室及诊所在无菌操作、消毒灭菌和医疗废物处置等方面,存在诸多安全隐患。讨论东至县基层医疗机构医院感染管理现状堪忧,相关部门应加大管理监督力度,采取有效措施切实提高基层医疗机构的医院感染防控能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nosocomial infection management in primary medical institutions in Dongzhi County and to put forward countermeasures. Methods Through the methods of on-site inspection and questionnaire survey, we investigated the township health institutions and some village clinics and clinics in Dongzhi County. Results Six out of 17 medical institutions in towns and villages did not establish a three-level network of hospital infection management. All institutions had problems of inadequate management system and job responsibilities. None of the departments conducted self-examination and about 52.00% Supervision and training, routine monitoring was carried out by two agencies and all disinfection supply rooms did not meet the requirements of the “Disinfection Supply Center Code”. There were 16 clinics and clinics in aseptic operation, disinfection and sterilization and medical waste disposal Many security risks. Discussion Dongzhi primary care institutions hospital infection management status quo worrying, relevant departments should step up management and supervision, and take effective measures to effectively improve the prevention and control of grassroots hospital infection prevention and control capabilities.
