今年上半年,我省安全生产工作在省委省政府的领导下,各地市各部门按照省政府的统一部署,紧紧围绕“两个根本性转变”对劳动安全卫生工作提出的新任务新要求,做了大量艰苦细致的工作,取得了一定的成绩.但由于各种原因,我省当前安全生产的形势相当严峻,据初步统计,今年1～6月份,全省非矿山企业发生各类事故128起(其中重大死亡事故4起)造成100人死亡,64人重伤,土锅炉爆炸二起,死亡4人,与去年同期相比,事故发生起数,死亡人数,重伤人数和重大死亡事故起数等四项指标全面上升,这是我省近几年来所没有的,这一异常现象,必须引起全省安全工作者的高度重视.
