简述了施工项目精细化管理的基本内涵,从实施预控管理、合理投入、精准计算等方面,介绍了施工项目精细化成本管理的具体措施,指出只有将精细化管理贯穿到项目施工的各阶段,才能实现企业经济效益的最大化。
The basic connotation of refinement management of construction project is briefly described. The concrete measures of cost management of construction project are introduced from the aspects of pre-control management, reasonable investment and precise calculation. It is pointed out that only through elaborate management to each Stage, in order to achieve the maximization of economic efficiency of enterprises.
