目的探讨低剂量电离辐射对外周血淋巴细胞染色体等方面的改变,为采取有效措施,保护放射工作者健康提供依据。方法采用微量全血培养法。结果放射组工作人员淋巴细胞微核率、染色体畸变率均显著高于对照组。结论低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员细胞遗传学造成一定损伤,放射防护工作中必须重视减少电离辐射剂量。
Objective To investigate the changes of chromosomes of peripheral blood lymphocytes caused by low-dose ionizing radiation and to provide evidences for effective measures to protect the health of radiation workers. Methods using micro-whole blood culture method. Results The frequency of lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome aberration in the radiotherapy group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Low-dose ionizing radiation may cause some damage to the cytogenetics of radiation workers. Radiation protection must reduce the dose of ionizing radiation.
