教育是决定人类未来最重要的事业,是人类所有事业中最重要的一个环节,决定着人类未来生存和发展的方向,而这一事业的传承者和执行者就是教师。职业技术院校的教师,是教师队伍中的一员,除了具备普通教师的特点之外,还要掌握职业教育理论知识、技能和方法,具有特殊性。职业技术院校的教师不能照搬照抄普通教师的教育方法,应该将职业技术教育的理念融入教学当中,指导教学,提升教学效果。
Education is the most important undertaking that determines the future of mankind. It is the most important aspect of all mankind’s undertakings and determines the direction for the survival and development of mankind in the future.
