胡锦涛非常重视党的干部教育工作,并且有多年的领导干部教育培训工作实践经验。党的十六大以来,在继承党的三代领导核心干部教育思想的基础上,他根据经济社会发展和执政党建设的需要,提出了新时期干部教育思想,进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义干部教育理论。
Hu Jintao attaches great importance to the party’s cadre education and has many years of practical experience in education and training of leading cadres.
