7月12日,安徽省皖北煤电集团公司选拔赴高校深造人员考试在公司下属的刘桥中学进行,参加考试人员达到290人。 由于历史原因,煤矿企业专业技术队伍出现结构性“贫血”,中高级专业技术人才相对缺乏。为此,皖北煤电集团采取“输血”与“造血”相结合的办法予以解决,从今年起,每年选派部分在职员工(主要是中专、技校以上毕业生)赴高校深造。深造人员毕业后,在工资待遇及专业技术职务评聘等方面与正规大学毕业生享受同等待遇。
On July 12th, Anhui Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group Company selected the personnel for the post-secondary postgraduate examination to be conducted at the company’s Liuqiao Middle School. 290 people took the test. Due to historical reasons, there are structural “anemias” in the professional technical teams of coal mining enterprises, and there are relatively few senior and middle-level professional and technical personnel. To this end, the Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group adopts a combination of “blood transfusion” and “hematopoiesis” to solve this problem. From this year onwards, some serving employees (mainly secondary school graduates and technical school graduates) will be sent to universities every year. After graduating from post-graduate studies, they will enjoy the same treatment as regular university graduates in terms of salary and professional technical titles.
