目的:探讨中西医结合治疗烧伤患者的临床疗效。方法:把Ⅱ°以上烧伤患者分成中西医结合治疗组和由纯西医治疗的对照组,二组在经过30天的治疗后,以伤口渗液少、无疼痛感、创面边缘结痂或痂下无浓性分泌物,健康肉芽组织生长为疗效标准,对二组进行对照判断。结果,治疗组有效率为92%,对照组为64%,治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组。讨论:中西医结合治疗烧伤有其患者痛苦少、费用低、疗效明显的长处,但对其规律尚待进一步研究和发掘。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of burn patients. Methods: The patients with grade Ⅱ or higher burn were divided into two groups: Integrative Medicine Group and Pure Western Medicine Group. After two groups of 30 days treatment, the patients had less exudate, no pain, Non-concentrated secretions, healthy granulation tissue growth as the standard of efficacy, the two groups to judge. Results, the treatment group was 92% effective, the control group was 64%, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Discussion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of burn patients with less pain, low cost, efficacy obvious advantages, but the law remains to be further studied and discovered.
