Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.) Planch.as a traditional Chinese herb,mainly used for treating scurvy and enhance immunity in Yanbian area.In the present study,one new compound (1),along with nineteen known compounds,lanciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2),(2R,3S)-2.3-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxylmethyl-7-methoxy-5-benzofuran-propapol-4-O-β-glucopyranoside (3),methyl-α-D-fructofuranoside (4),ethyl-α-D-glucopyransoide (5),α-D-altro-3-heptulofuranose (6),β-D-fructofuranosy-α-D-allopyranoside (7),phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),dihydroconiferin (9),isotachioside (10),tachioside (11),(-)-(7R,8R)-guaiacylglycerol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),sallidroside (13),(-)-epi-afzelechin (14),(+)-catechin (15),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16),stigrnast-4-en-3-one (17),β-sitosterol (18),and 3β-acetoxyurs-11-en-28-oic 13(28)-lactone (19),and betulinic acid (20) were purified from the rhizomes of A.kolomikta.Of them,compounds 1-6,9,12 and 19 were obtained from the Actinidia genus for the first time.
