以南昌市第二体育运动学校2015级拳击运动学员为对象,采用观察法、对比教学法、数理统计法等策略进行有关拳击运动员力量素质训练的对比教学研究。在实际的教学中将所有学员分为对照班和实验班,对照班学员采用传统的力量素质训练法,实验班学员教学中引入KEEP运动训练APP软件中的拳击运动员力量专项训练课程,进行移动虚拟在线教学,通过为期1个学期的教学后,收集两个班学员的力量素质训练成绩,结果显示:实验班学员的最大力量、速度力量、力量耐力、学习兴趣等训练指标均优于对照班学员(P<0.05),说明引入KEEP软件构建的移动虚拟力量训练模式实效性优于传统训练模式,建议在拳击运动员力量训练中推广该训练模式。
Taking the 2015 boxing athletes in Nanchang Second Sports School as the object, comparative teaching research on the strength training of boxers was conducted with the methods of observation, comparison teaching and mathematical statistics. In the actual teaching, all the students were divided into the control class and the experimental class, the control class students adopted the traditional strength training method, and the experimental class students’ teaching was introduced into the KEEP sports training APP software boxing athletes special training course, After teaching for one semester, the strength training results of two groups of students were collected. The results showed that the training indicators of the students in the experimental class were better than those of the control group in terms of maximum strength, speed strength, strength endurance and learning interest (P <0.05), which shows that the introduction of KEEP software to build the mobile virtual strength training model is more effective than the traditional training model. It is suggested that the training model be promoted in the strength training of boxers.
