为了快速准确地设计出高功率基站功放,在研究负载牵引测试系统架构、原理和工作流程的基础上,采用安捷伦公司的先进设计系统软件内置负载牵引模块,应用负载牵引法设计了一款用于基站系统的功放。对完成匹配的功放进行优化仿真,得到了满足设计指标要求的匹配参数,再根据这些匹配参数制作实际功放,并对该功放进行实际测试,测试结果满足高增益、高输出功率、高效率和高线性度的要求,故在预失真线性化基础上,该功放能很好地应用于基站系统中,提高系统性能。
In order to design a high-power base station amplifier quickly and accurately, based on the study of load-pull test system architecture, principle and workflow, using Agilent’s advanced design system software built-in load traction module, the application of load- Base station system amplifier. The simulation of the matched power amplifier is completed and the matching parameters that meet the design requirements are obtained. Based on these matching parameters, the actual power amplifier is fabricated and the power amplifier is actually tested. The test results meet the requirements of high gain, high output power, high efficiency and high Linearity requirements, it is based on the pre-distortion linearization, the amplifier can be well applied to the base station system, improve system performance.
