目的探讨衰老过程中机体内酶、血糖、血脂及免疫球蛋白含量变化,而进一步研究诱发老年性疾病的一些相关因素。方法邻苯三酚自氧法,终点法,速率散射浊度法。结果SOD老年组2750±520u/gHb,对照组2870±503U/gHb(P<0.01)。FBG老年组6.11±2.14mmol/L,对照组5.02±0.57mmol/L(P<0.01)。TG老年组5.39±1.12mmol/L,对照组4.67±0.75mmol/L(P<0.01)。TC老年组1.85±0.4mmol/L,对照组1.47±0.87mmol/L(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白含量老年组者较对照组低。结论反映出在肿瘤的发生、心血管疾病及感染中,老年组易感染性强。
Objective To investigate the changes of enzyme, blood glucose, blood lipid and immunoglobulin in the body during aging, and to further study some related factors of induced senile diseases. Methods Pyrogallol autoxidation, end-point method, rate-scattering turbidimetry. Results The SOD in aged group was 2750 ± 520u / gHb and in control group was 2870 ± 503U / gHb (P <0.01). FBG elderly group 6.11 ± 2.14mmol / L, control group 5.02 ± 0.57mmol / L (P <0.01). TG elderly group 5.39 ± 1.12mmol / L, control group 4.67 ± 0.75mmol / L (P <0.01). TC elderly 1.85 ± 0.4mmol / L, the control group 1.47 ± 0.87mmol / L (P <0.05), the immunoglobulin content in the elderly group was lower than the control group. Conclusions reflect the incidence of cancer, cardiovascular disease and infection, the elderly group of highly infectious.
