我们以天然老刺木碱(3)为原料,成功地完成了钩吻素-子(1)的仿生合成。这一结果不仅进一步证实了钩吻素-子的结构,还揭示出钩吻素-子与另一钩吻生物碱钩吻素-戊(2)以及3之间可能的生源关系。
We have successfully completed the biomimetic synthesis of the kissin-sub (1) using the natural old sagoatine (3) as raw material. This result not only further confirms the structure of the chemoreceptor-progesterone, but also reveals possible biological relationships between the chelator-subunit and the other chelidomachromycin-penta (2) and 3.
