《无井架电动爬模工艺在180m烟囱施工中的应用》一文在《建筑技术》1989年第2期发表后,收到了许多读者的来信,探讨该工艺在烟囱特殊部位施工和内、外爬架下落及操作平台整体下落的问题,现答复如下: 一、烟囱牛腿处施工:为使烟囱内爬架遇牛腿时能顺利爬升,要在内爬架和筒壁上固定的爬升靴间连件(插板)上做文章,该插板有效长度应大于筒壁牛腿挑出的距离。为确保整个操作平台安全顺利爬升,建议将内爬架承重改为外爬架承重。二、105m处信号平台的施工:当爬架爬升到105m处信号平台位置时,可在爬架上安装两架间
