目的研究CT模拟定位系统外激光中心准确性的质量保证(BBQA)的摆位、扫描、操作技术及其在CT模拟定位系统质量保证中的作用。方法Vertical column、BB、Jig、飞利浦PQS-Fal- con型CT扫描机及ACQSIM工作站、激光定位系统。扫描BB并将其图像传输到ACQSIM工作站处理,得到等中心坐标后,移动外部激光系统,定位并检测。结果外激光中心应正好在BB上,如果有超过1mm的误差,则应调整激光定位系统。结论BBQA在CT模拟定位系统质量保证中占十分重要地位,直接影响到定位的精确度和治疗的准确性及治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE: To study the placement, scanning, and operation techniques of the quality assurance (BBQA) of the laser center accuracy of the CT simulation positioning system and its role in the quality assurance of the CT simulation positioning system. Methods Vertical column, BB, Jig, Philips PQS-Fal- con CT scanner, ACQSIM workstation, laser positioning system. The BB is scanned and the image is transmitted to the ACQSIM workstation. After the isocenter coordinates are obtained, the external laser system is moved, positioned and detected. As a result, the center of the laser beam should be exactly on the BB. If there is an error of more than 1 mm, the laser positioning system should be adjusted. Conclusions BBQA occupies a very important position in the quality assurance of CT simulation positioning system, and directly affects the accuracy of positioning, the accuracy of treatment, and the therapeutic effect.
