目的首先对熊果酸测定的显色条件进行了优化,探讨秦巴秦艽中熊果酸超声波提取工艺的影响因素。方法采用超声波辅助的方法提取秦艽中的熊果酸,通过单因素和正交试验得出提取的最佳条件。结果秦艽中熊果酸提取的最优条件为乙醇体积分数70%,超声功率240 W,固液比1∶30,水浴温度60℃。结论抗氧化性实验表明秦艽熊果酸提取液有较强的清除自由基能力,表现出明显的抗氧化性。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the conditions for the determination of ursolic acid and discuss the factors affecting the ultrasonic extraction of ursolic acid in Qinba. Methods Ultrasound-assisted extraction of ursolic acid in Gentiana macrophylla was studied. The optimal conditions of extraction were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results The optimal extraction conditions for ursolic acid in Gentiana macrophylla were 70% ethanol, 240 W ultrasonic power, 1:30 solid-liquid ratio and 60 ℃ water bath. Conclusion Antioxidant experiments show that the extract of Gentiana macrophylla has a strong ability to scavenge free radicals, showing significant antioxidant activity.
