为烟草仓储霉变的预防提供参考,利用稀释平板法和ITS序列鉴定红云红河集团仓库中霉变烟叶的真菌种类。结果表明:霉变烟叶的真菌主要为曲霉属和青霉属的烟曲霉、黑曲霉、灰绿曲霉、阿曲霉、黄曲霉、产黄青霉菌、桔青霉。
Which provided a reference for the prevention of mildew in tobacco warehouses. The fungal species of moldy tobacco in Hongyun Honghe Group warehouses was identified by using the dilution plate method and ITS sequence. The results showed that the fungi in moldy tobacco mainly include Aspergillus and Penicillium, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus kawachii, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium chrysogenum and Penicillium citrinum.
