本文从民间文学艺术的概念和特征入手,阐述了民间文学艺术的范围以及保护面临的问题,参照相关国际实践,笔者分析了民间文学艺术在中国保护现状,并对我国民间文学艺术保护机制的完善提出了自己的建议。
