针对在已拆除建筑的场地上一个新建建筑的基础设计,对原建筑桩基的检测结果进行合理分析,得出单桩极限承载力,根据单桩极限承载力并结合地质资料进行复合地基承载力特征值分析。利用相关文献资料对复合地基的各项分析计算结果进行合理性判断,最终得出本工程采用刚性桩复合地基方案满足安全、经济、环保的要求。对基础方案选型、处理流程、计算分析等方面进行了阐述。
