作为教师最为关心的问题之一就是:如何最大限度地提高课堂教学效率?大多数教师对新课程实施以及提高课堂效率存在较多困惑,致使课堂教学效率低下。比如很多教师严格遵循教材,忽视学生的学习过程。有的教师备课缺乏“备学生”这一环节,不能做到因材施教。有的教师缺乏对学生进行有效的学法指导和能力培养。这些问题直接导致了“教”与“学”的严重脱节,课堂教学效率自然低下。近几年我在教学工作中也总结出一些粗浅方法,在此与各位教师交流。
As one of the teachers’ most concern questions is how to maximize the efficiency of classroom teaching? Most teachers are more confused about the implementation of the new curriculum and improve classroom efficiency, resulting in inefficient classroom teaching.
