[目的]观察知柏地黄丸联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效。[方法]将90例门诊及住院患者按抽签法分为三组。西药组30例阿奇霉素,0.5g/次,1次/d。中药组30例知柏地黄丸,知母、山药、泽泻各3g,黄桕、牡丹皮、熟地黄各15g,山茱萸12g,茯苓20g。膀胱湿热加蒲公英、白茅根各30g,败酱草15g;遗精加龙骨、牡蛎各30g;肾阴虚加生地黄30g,女贞子、五味子各15g;肾阳虚加肉桂12g,菟丝子l3g;精浊阻窍加怀牛藤20g,王不留行15g,丹参30g;尿道涩痛加木通12g,车前子20g;屎血加藕节30g,大蓟、小蓟各20g。1剂/d,3次/d,水煎,口服。中西医结合组30例综合前两组治疗方法。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]西药组显效7例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。中药组显效11例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。中西医结合组显效17例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%,(P<0.05)。[结论]知柏地黄丸联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性前列腺炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Zhibo Di Huang Wan combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in 30 cases of the first two groups of treatment. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The western medicine group was markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 66.67%. Chinese medicine group markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 70.00%. Integrative Medicine group markedly effective in 17 cases, effective in 11 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate 93.33%, (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Zhibo Di Huang Wan combined with azithromycin has a significant effect on chronic prostatitis and is worth promoting.
