目的对湖北黄石阳新县富河下游干流防洪灭螺治理工程所在地血防指标进行监测,分析血防效果。方法自2003年以来连续10年对富水下游水利血防工程所涉及的5个村进行监测,主要内容包括螺情及人、牛病情。对相关人员进行关于工程血防效果的定性访谈。结果项目村施工段钉螺面积、活螺平均密度及钉螺感染率明显下降。2003-2012年5个施工段活螺密度分别下降74.1%~94.4%。项目所在村人群感染率明显下降,耕牛感染率降为0,近7年来未发现急性血吸虫感染病例。由定性访谈可知工程有利于控制钉螺的孳生,同时可以减少周边群众接触疫水及耕牛放养等现象。结论富河下游干流防洪灭螺工程灭螺效果显著,有利于降低人畜感染率,建议二期工程尽快立项实施。
Objective To monitor the blood-protection index of flood-control and snail-control works in the mainstream of the Lower Reaches of Fu River in Yangxin County, Huangshi, Hubei Province, and to analyze the effect of blood-protection. Methods For 10 consecutive years since 2003, the five villages involved in the water conservancy and blood protection project in the lower reaches of the Fushui River have been monitored. The main contents include snail and human and cattle illnesses. Conduct qualitative interviews with related personnel on the project’s blood-armor effect. Results The snail area, the average density of live snails and the infection rate of snails in the construction site of the project village decreased significantly. During the period from 2003 to 2012, the live spiral density decreased by 74.1% ~ 94.4% in five construction sections respectively. The infection rate of the population in the village where the project was located was significantly decreased, the cattle infection rate was reduced to 0, and no cases of acute schistosome infection were found in the past seven years. The qualitative interview shows that the project is conducive to the control of snail breeding, and at the same time can reduce the surrounding population exposure to flooding and cattle stocking and other phenomena. Conclusion The snail-killing effect of the flood control and snailing works in the mainstream of the lower reaches of the Fu River is significant, which is beneficial to reduce the infection rate of human and livestock. The second phase of the project is proposed to be implemented as soon as possible.
