本期案例某保健医疗产品销售公司(以下简称医疗公司)是一家面向社区推广治疗仪的公司,需要大批的员工从事小区业务推广工作。2010年3月,该公司招聘了40名员工,签订了劳动合同。合同约定:由医疗公司对该批员工进行为期3个月的培训,培训合格,则正式上岗,成为公司的销售经理,开展销售工作,培训不合格,则不予录用。培训合格的,不愿意上岗或工作未满三年辞职的,则由员工按照三年期限的培训费用分摊对医疗公司进行赔偿。双方还签订了培训合同,约定:培训期间公司发给员工基本生活费,每天20元,培训有医疗公司下属的某研究院具体负责,培训费用每人不超过11000元,培训合格与否由该研究院负责考核认定。培训科目主要有:公司的经营理念、规章制度等公司文化;员工的职业道德及弟子规;医疗仪器的功能及运行原理;市场销售中的各种销售技巧及问题处理;军训等。
