本文对教师素质进行了分析,结合国内学者调查的数据分析了素质教育与教师素质的关系,根据学校工作的实际,谈了提高教师素质的几点做法。
In this paper, the author analyzes the quality of teachers and analyzes the relationship between quality education and the quality of teachers based on the survey data of domestic scholars. Based on the actual work of schools, the author discusses several ways to improve the quality of teachers.
