阿—斯(Adams—Stokes)二氏综合征,又名急性心源性脑缺血综合征。此综合征病情险恶,一般多发生于垂死前,是产褥期较少见且严重的并发症。现报导如下。患者女性,26岁,农民,住院号4635,因产后反复发作性晕厥、抽搐三天,低热一天,于1980年7月27日20点50分急诊送来我院。患者于1980年7月24日顺产一男孩,为第二胎、第二产,家中接生,否认大出血史。于产后第二天、第三天,分别出现晕厥、抽搐1～2次,每次历时约2～3分钟。发作时两眼向一方凝视,人事不省,两肘屈曲抽搐,无口吐白沫及咬破唇舌。入院当日抽搐增多达4次,曾至当地保健院求医,后送来我院。
Adams-Stokes syndrome, also known as acute cardio-cerebral ischemic syndrome. This syndrome is sinister, usually occurs before dying, is a rare and serious complication in the puerperium. Now reported as follows. Female patient, 26 years old, farmer, hospital number 4635, recurrent syncope after childbirth, convulsions for three days, fever one day, at 20:50 on July 27, 1980, emergency room was sent to our hospital. Patients on July 24, 1980 with a boy, a second child, the second birth, home delivery, denied the history of major bleeding. In the second day after delivery, the third day, respectively, syncope, convulsions 1 or 2 times, each time lasted about 2 to 3 minutes. Occurred when the two stare to one side, personnel unconscious, elbows flexion and convulsion, no vomiting foaming and biting tongue. Convulsions on the day of admission increased by up to 4 times, had to the local health care hospital, after being sent to our hospital.
