针对TY900过隧型运梁车液压举升系统在调试中出现的液压缸不能实现正常负载下降的现象,分析举升系统用平衡阀的结构和性能,建立了平衡阀先导控制压力数学计算模型。根据分析结果,得到了可能造成故障的原因,通过调整负载敏感比例阀的次级限压阀的压力,使故障现象解除。经现场调试,达到了预期目标,为同类阀的应用及其动态特性的研究提供了参考。
Aimed at the phenomenon that the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic lifting system of TY900 tunnel boring vehicle can not realize the normal load drop during the debugging, the structure and performance of the balancing valve used in the lifting system are analyzed, and the mathematical model of the pilot pressure of the balancing valve is established. According to the analysis results, the possible cause of failure was obtained. By adjusting the pressure of the secondary pressure-limiting valve of the load-sensitive proportional valve, the fault phenomenon could be relieved. After on-site commissioning, the expected target has been reached, which provides a reference for the application of similar valves and their dynamic characteristics.
