探讨脱毒马铃薯在培养温度35℃,室内湿度无法控制的条件下工厂化组织培养快繁技术,以期获得马铃薯脱毒苗在高温低湿条件下工厂化生产技术。
To study the rapid propagating technology of virus-free potato under tissue culture temperature 35 ℃ and uncontrollable indoor humidity in order to obtain the factory production technology of virus-free potato seedlings under high temperature and low humidity conditions.
