一、美国大学的新思路美国戈登(GORDEN)大学(1992年并入塔佛TUFFS 大学)专门从事管理领导工程师的培训,脱产学习则学制一年,半脱产人员学制适当延长。这所大学的教学内容并不是工科的某个专业内容,而是讲授人文科学,社会科学,教学员如何领导企业,特别是如何领导企业技术开发、提高单位竞争力。这所大学招收了苏、日、美、德、中等各国学生,主要培养他们的领导才能、人际关系等。美国大学的另一个特点是,取得大学学历而不一定要进入大学校园。大学的老师和学生签订合同,明确导师、学生各自的责任,老师负责提供学生学习所需的资料,这样学生不一定非要在学校内上课才能把学业修完。这种办学的形式非常灵活。
I. New Ideas of American Universities GORDEN University (TUFFS University merged with Tahfone University in 1992) specializes in the training of management leading engineers. The study period is one year and the half-time staffing system is extended as appropriate. The university’s teaching content is not a professional content of engineering, but rather teaching humanities, social sciences and teaching staff how to lead the enterprise, especially how to lead enterprise technology development and improve the competitiveness of the unit. The university recruited students from various countries in the Soviet Union, Japan, the United States, Germany, and the Middle East and mainly cultivated their leadership skills and interpersonal relationships. Another characteristic of American universities is that they do not necessarily have to enter university campuses to obtain a university degree. University teachers and students signed a contract, a clear mentor, students their respective responsibilities, the teacher responsible for providing students with the necessary information to study, so that students do not have to go to school in order to finish school. This form of school is very flexible.
