目前我市产后访视工作归到基层社区卫生服务机构,我社区中心于2015年1~12月辖区内居住的112名产妇进行访视,其中到家产后访视了33人次(出院后3天内4人,第14天内13人,第28天内16人),拒访2人次,流动产妇47人,助产机构录入信息不全或不明确无法联系的30人;综上所述产后访视率低,母婴得不到及时的保健服务,现将体会报告如下。1产后访视率低的主要原因1.1信息系统的不畅通助产机构产妇信息填写不全面,录入信息有错误,无联系方式、无住址。我社区管辖范围主要65岁以上老年人为主,流动人口较多,有些产妇给助产机构提供

My community is mainly dominated by the elderly over the age of 65, with a large floating population and some of the mothers providing assistance to midwifery institutions
