本文通过水力模拟的试验方法,对在低压铸造浇注过程中影响金属液在型腔中流动状态的有关因素进行了探讨和分析,提出了低压铸造浇注过程中选择金属液在升液管出口(或内浇口)处充满铸型的平均速度和升液管(或内浇口)最小截面积的依据。
In this paper, through the hydraulic simulation test method, the factors affecting the flow of molten metal in the cavity during the casting process of low pressure casting are discussed and analyzed.
