全组80例ASA Ⅰ—Ⅱ级。随机分为对照组:2%利多卡因8ml+生理盐水2ml;芬太尼3组:均用2%利多卡因8ml,分别加入2ml生理盐水含芬太尼50ug,75ug和100ug,硬膜外阻滞用于剖宫产术。结果显示:芬太尼各组病人术中很少发生Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级疼痛或不适(P<0.01)。100ug芬太尼组明显优于其它两组(P<0.05),但对产妇通气功能和新生儿Apgar评分影响甚明显(P<0.05和P<0.01)。作者认为,50ug芬太尼硬膜外阻滞已能明显增强利多卡因效果,且副作用轻微。
The whole group of 80 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ level. Randomly divided into control group: 2% lidocaine 8ml + saline 2ml; fentanyl 3 groups: both with 2% lidocaine 8ml were added 2ml saline containing fentanyl 50ug, 75ug and 100ug, epidural resistance Hysteresis for cesarean section. The results showed that fentanyl and grade Ⅱ pain or discomfort were rare in each group (P <0.01). 100ug fentanyl group was significantly better than the other two groups (P <0.05), but the maternal ventilation function and neonatal Apgar scores were significantly (P <0.05 and P <0.01). The author believes that 50ug fentanyl epidural blockade has been able to significantly enhance the lidocaine effect, and minor side effects.
