针对模拟Ｈ-Ｊ电路存在的失调严重影响脉冲信号分离的问题，本文提出了适用于脉冲信号分离的Ｈ－Ｊ模拟实现方法，并采用一种便于ＣＭＯＳＩ艺实现的非线性模块使Ｈ-Ｊ网络实现更加简化。Ｓｐｉｃｅ模拟结果表明，该方法能够实现对诸如人体心电信号等脉冲式信号的盲分离。
Aiming at the problem that the offset of the analog H-J circuit seriously affects the separation of the pulse signals, a H-J simulation method suitable for the separation of the pulse signals is proposed in this paper. A non-linear module which is easy to realize by CMOS technology is used to make the H-J network To achieve more simplified. Spice simulation results show that this method can realize the blind separation of impulsive signals, such as the human body ECG signal.
