针对模拟H-J电路存在的失调严重影响脉冲信号分离的问题,本文提出了适用于脉冲信号分离的H-J模拟实现方法,并采用一种便于CMOSI艺实现的非线性模块使H-J网络实现更加简化。Spice模拟结果表明,该方法能够实现对诸如人体心电信号等脉冲式信号的盲分离。
Aiming at the problem that the offset of the analog H-J circuit seriously affects the separation of the pulse signals, a H-J simulation method suitable for the separation of the pulse signals is proposed in this paper. A non-linear module which is easy to realize by CMOS technology is used to make the H-J network To achieve more simplified. Spice simulation results show that this method can realize the blind separation of impulsive signals, such as the human body ECG signal.
