国资委规划发展工作是国资监管一项关系全局、影响企业长远发展的重要工作,2006年国资委在研究提出中央企业布局和结构调整总体思路、引导企业编制新一轮滚动规划、加强中央企业重大投资监管、推进中央企业自主创新能力建设方面做了大量工作。在重点工作开展、工作制度建设等方面都取得了重要进展,为下一步工作的开展奠定了坚实的基础。
