再生混凝土收缩补偿及其钢管混凝土轴压短柱试验研究

通过掺入不同掺量的膨胀剂对再生混凝土的干缩变形进行补偿,制成补偿收缩钢管再生混凝土,试验分析不同掺量的膨胀剂对于钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺入适量的膨胀剂能够提高再生混凝土的强度和短柱轴压极限荷载,膨胀剂掺量过大则会降低再生混凝土的强度和短柱轴压极限荷载;补偿收缩钢管再生混凝土短柱的钢管与再生混凝土之间相互作用的产生要早于未经收缩补偿钢管再生混凝土;补偿收缩钢管再生混凝土与未经收缩补偿钢管再生混凝土的变形性能较为相似。 The shrinkage shrinkage of recycled concrete was compensated by mixing different amount of expansive agent to make recycled concrete with compensated shrinkage steel tube. The influence of different dosage of expansive agent on the axial compressive properties of recycled concrete stub was investigated. The test results show that the strength of recycled concrete and the axial compressive load of stub columns can be increased by adding appropriate amount of expansive agent. Excessive amount of expansive agent will reduce the strength of recycled concrete and the axial compressive load of stub columns. The interaction between short column steel tube and recycled concrete is earlier than that of recycled concrete without shrinkage compensation. The deformation performance of recycled concrete with compensated shrinkage steel tube is similar to that of recycled concrete without shrinkage compensated steel tube.
