1.民办园占比回落,低于2010年十年来,民办幼儿园的数量一直比公办园多,2013年民办园数量较2004年翻了一倍多,占全国幼儿园总数的67.22%。但仔细看数据,就会发现2010年是过去十年间的一个分水岭。2003-2009年民办幼儿园占比稳定增长,其中2009年增幅最大,当年民办园的占比超出上一年3.4个百分点,达到峰值。随之而来的2010年,民办园占比增长放缓,2012年出现回落。2013年民办园占比甚至已经低于2010年,而当年全国幼儿园总数量仍然保持了增长。
1. The proportion of private parks dropped. As of 2010, the number of private kindergartens has been more than that of public parks. In 2013, the number of private parks more than doubled in 2004, accounting for 67.22% of the total number of kindergartens in China. From 2003 to 2009, the proportion of private kindergartens increased steadily, with the largest increase in 2009, when the proportion of private parks exceeded that of the previous year by 3.4 percentage points and reached its peak. In 2013, the proportion of private parks was even lower than in 2010, when the total number of kindergartens in the country still maintained growth.
