分析当今中国孤独症儿童康复研究的现状,指出孤独症儿童的康复不应停留在干预与矫正层面上,应上升到对个体生命存在与发展的系统思考高度,即用整体全面的视角看待其成长需要和环境适应性或再造,着眼于家庭早期康复训练和全程互动作用。提出以家庭为中心的孤独症儿童康复模式,旨在帮助孤独症儿童及家长树立正确的成长教育观,同时努力排解家长在孤独症儿童康复中的消极影响。结合个案分析该模式的目标框架与运行机制,探讨该模式在国内孤独症儿童康复实践中推广的可行性。
The current situation of rehabilitation research on autistic children in China is analyzed. It is pointed out that the rehabilitation of children with autism should not stop at the level of intervention and correction, and should rise to the level of systematic thinking on the existence and development of individual life, that is, to view the growth of children with autism Needs and environmental adaptability or re-engineering, focusing on early family rehabilitation training and full interaction. This paper proposes a family-centered model of rehabilitation of autistic children, aimed at helping children and parents of autistic establish a correct concept of growth education while striving to resolve the negative impact of parents on the rehabilitation of autistic children. Based on the case analysis of the target framework and operation mechanism of this model, the feasibility of this model in promoting the rehabilitation of autistic children in China was explored.
