关於返乡生产仍留軍籍之轉業军人犯罪的管轄問題,前據四川省井研縣人民法院請示我院經轉請中央人民政府最高人民法院核示,茲接一九五三年四月九月法行字第一九四八號函覆,经與軍委總政洽商,同意我院處理意見:“前項轉業軍人,如有犯罪行為,一般可由該管縣市人民法院處理,在處理時要与該管轉業军人委員會及民政部門取得聯系,事後並分送該管軍分區備查”。希即遵照。
