通过对广东省潮汕地区三市乡镇高中教师自2004年实施新课程以来的适应状况与存在问题的问卷调查表明:三市乡镇高中教师对于新课程的适应正处于由适应困难向适应良好转变的过渡性阶段,揭阳、汕头两市高中教师的适应状况较为明显。为提高高中教师的课程适应能力,应进一步改变教师对新课程的抗拒或逃避态度,努力使教师由被动适应变为主动改变,提高教师培训质量,改善课程改革环境。
