Daqing is an industrial city dominated by petroleum exploitation and petrochemical industry.Water resources are one of the key factors in building Daqing City into a high-tech modern technology for petroleum exploitation, petrochemical industry and alternative industries. Sustainable use is an important task that has a bearing on the current and long-term development of Daqing.
