目的:制备盐酸氮斯汀鼻喷雾剂,并进行稳定性考察。方法:以含量为指标,采用正交设计筛选处方;考察3批样品的稳定性。结果:制备的3批样品在市售包装条件下经加速、室温留样试验考察,质量稳定。结论:优化了盐酸氮斯汀鼻喷雾剂的最佳处方,该处方设计合理。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare nitrogen Sting nasal spray and investigate its stability. Methods: Using the content as an index, orthogonal design was used to screen prescriptions. The stability of three batches of samples was investigated. Results: The prepared 3 batches of samples were accelerated under the commercial packing conditions, and the samples were kept at room temperature for test and the quality was stable. CONCLUSIONS: The optimal prescription of Nasiastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray is optimized, and the prescription is reasonable.
