在各类复杂化工生产系统中,管网构成系统的核心;而由于化工生产系统的连续性,管网中任意一点的流量或者压力的变化,将影响系统的平衡乃至正常运行;为了便于对管网系统中流量和压力进行实际测量,作者在研究各类典型管网结构单元以及部分小型化工生产单元管网基础上,根据相关设计规定及理论依据,以Auto-CAD为主要软件,开创性地设计出1个管网仿真综合实验平台,用以研究管网中各类(正常或异常)操作所引起流量压力分布的变化及它们之间的影响,从而为管网计算机简捷算法提供实际数据支持,进而为计算机全工况仿真提供便利。
