随着素质教育改革的深入,义务教育《体育与健康课程标准》(2011版)的实施,倡导“合作与交流、和谐发展”在师生关系中,教师主导地位悄然淡化,学生主体地位逐渐增强,学生个性化倾向突现,学生对抗,教师惩戒,师生矛盾冲突频生,师生关系受到严峻考验,“书难教,生难管”已成教师共识的苦衷,师生思想迷茫,言行极端,关系错位,导致师生内耗严重,教育效应低下。长此以往,事关基础教育目标的落实,中学师生关系和谐已摆在我们面前,为缓解师生关系紧张局势,本课题研究迫在眉睫。
