实验研究了不同条件下减阻杆对分离器分离效率及压降的影响。研究结果表明,在旋流板式气液分离器内安装减阻杆可以在不减小分离效率的前提下降低阻力,减阻幅度的大小与减阻杆的轴向长度、径向位置和分离器内的空速有关;减阻杆对于分离效率的影响在实验范围内很小。研究结果可为分离器的优化设计提供建设性指导。
The influence of drag reduction rod on separator separation efficiency and pressure drop under different conditions was experimentally studied. The results show that installing the drag reducing rod in the cyclone plate gas-liquid separator can reduce the drag without reducing the separation efficiency, and the size of the drag reducing range and the axial length of the drag reducing rod, the radial position and the separator Within the airspeed; drag reducing rod on the separation efficiency in the experimental range is small. The results provide constructive guidance for the optimal design of the separator.
