为推动我国交响乐创作,本刊编辑部于2005年11月25日邀请在京部分专家召开座谈会,研讨我国交响乐的创作问题。知名作曲家、理论家苏夏、杜鸣心、石夫、汪毓和、李西安、高为杰、金湘、王西麟、叶小纲、关峡、杨青、王宁、张大龙、权吉浩、刘湲、秦文琛、郝维亚、郑冰以及中国音协名誉主席吴祖强、主席傅庚辰、副主席兼分党组书记徐沛东、中宣部文艺局干部马小龙等出席了座谈会。马小龙首先传达了最近中宣部部长刘云山在傅庚辰关于交响乐创作的来信中所作的批示。刘云山指出:“对交响乐的创作要积极支持,关键要调动音乐家的积极性,创作出人民群众喜爱的作品。”与会同志畅谈了学习中央领导批示的体会,并围绕如何评价改革开放以来我国的交响乐创作,如何使交响乐创作更加贴近群众、贴近生活,如何处理继承与创新的关系以及如何建立良性社会机制、促进交响乐创作的繁荣与发展等问题展开了讨论。《人民音乐》主编张弦主持会议。
In order to promote the creation of symphony in our country, our editorial department invited some experts in Beijing to hold a symposium on November 25, 2005 to discuss the creation of symphony in our country. Famous composers and theorists Su Xia, Du Mingxin, Shifu, Wang Yuhe, Li Xian, Gao Weijie, Jin Xiang, Wang Xilin, Ye Xiaogang, Guan Xia, Yang Qing, Wang Ning, Zhang Dalong, Quan Jihao, Liu Xun, Qin Wenchen, Hao Weia, Zheng Bing and honorary chairman of China Association of Wu Zuqiang, chairman Fu Gechen, vice chairman and party secretary Xu Peidong, the Central Propaganda Department and cultural cadres Ma Xiaolong attended the forum. Ma Xiaolong first conveyed the instructions recently made by Liu Yun-shan, Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, in Fu’s letter on the symphony creation. Liu Yunshan pointed out: “We must actively support the creation of symphonies, and the key is to mobilize the enthusiasm of musicians and create works that people love.” Attending the symposium talked about how to learn the instructions of the central leadership and how to evaluate the symphony in our country since the reform and opening up How to make symphony creation closer to the masses, closer to life, how to deal with the relationship between succession and innovation, how to establish a sound social mechanism and promote the prosperity and development of symphony creation. Zhang Xian, chief editor of People’s Music, presided over the meeting.
