为了推进我国信息化进程,培养一批信息分析专门人才和教师队伍,促进各级部门从可持续发展战略高度开发信息资源、科学合理地管理信息资源、充分有效地利用信息资源,中国科技信息研究所与信息产业部CEAC国家信息化培训行业中心、清华大学国家CIMS工程技术研究中心定于2004年2月23日—2月29日在北京中国科技信息研究所联合举办“第三期国家信息分析师认证暨信息分析师教师认证培训班”。
