目的:研究促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)和多巴胺(DA)伍用对失血性休克大鼠心肌收缩性能及存活时间的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分成生理盐水(NS),TRH,DA,TRH+DA4组,10min内放血至5.3kPa(40mmHg),维持1.5h,分别静脉给药治疗。结果:5mg/kgTRH和1mg/kgDA单用能显著提高失血性休克大鼠平均动脉压(MAP),升高左室收缩压(LVSP)和左室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax),延长存活时间。2.5mg/kgTRH和0.25mg/kgDA伍用有相似的改善心肌收缩性能、延长存活时间的作用,且稍优于两单用药组。结论:TRH和DA配伍应用治疗失血性休克,可降低两单用药剂量,有一定的协同作用。
Objective: To study the effects of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) and dopamine (DA) on myocardial contractility and survival time in hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal saline (NS), TRH, DA and TRH + DA4 groups. Blood was bled to 5.3 kPa (40 mmHg) within 10 minutes and maintained for 1.5 hours. Results: 5mg / kg TRH and 1mg / kg DA alone could significantly increase mean arterial pressure (MAP), increase left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and maximum left ventricular pressure (± dp / dtmax) in hemorrhagic shock rats Survival time. Both 2.5 mg / kg TRH and 0.25 mg / kg DA had similar effects of improving myocardial contractility and prolonging the survival time, which was slightly better than that of the two single-agent groups. Conclusion: The combination of TRH and DA in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock can reduce the dose of two single agents, and have certain synergistic effects.
